Affordable Legal Services
When you contact our offices, you deal with an experienced matrimonial attorney not a sales representative. Our attorneys will courteously review your information and guide you through the divorce process step by step. In most cases, we can prepare your divorce papers and file your documents with the appropriate court within seven business days. While most New York attorneys charge fees ranging anywhere from $1,500 to $3,000 for handling an uncontested divorce, we charge a low flat fee of $1500 for a basic divorce without children or $1600 for a divorce with children. No hidden fees. No hourly rates. Simply professional, courteous and economical legal services. Expedited divorce, divorce within two months, an additional $1000.

New York Divorce Made Easy: 6 Steps
- Call us at 1-855-768-8845 for a free initial consultation. Our friendly attorneys will explain the divorce process and answer any questions you may have.
- After your initial consultation we will email you a short divorce
questionnaire to complete. - One of our matrimonial attorneys will contact you to review your information and discuss your divorce.
- Once you have retained our law firm our attorneys prepare a Summons with Notice and file it with your local County Clerk’s office. A Supreme Court Index number will then be assigned to your file, initiating your divorce proceeding.
- Based upon your interview and intake information, our attorneys will prepare all required divorce documents and mail (or email) them to you and your spouse for signatures.
- Once we receive your signed divorce documents, our attorneys compile the remaining court filings and submit them to the Court, where they will be reviewed and signed by a Judge. Your divorce can be finalized (signed by a judge) in as little as 4-12 weeks (varies by County).
